You NEED this for your conference Q & A!

catch-box

OK, today we have a fun one. I’m really excited about this new product. I’ll be incorporating it into my shows soon and you can incorporate it into your upcoming events.

Do you have a Q and A at your conferences?

How does it normally run? “Please come to the front of the room” or “Please stand up and we’ll get someone to you with a microphone”?

Well how about a cool thing that would not only speed up the process but get your audience interacting and even having fun?

It’s called Catch Box. And it’s a microphone inside a soft cube that can be tossed around your audience but still provides great sound quality for conference audio systems.

Best of all the design can be fully customised!

I’m already imagining the potential of this for lighting up your Q and A sessions and I hope you are too!

Transport your guests to a whole other world with an amazing immersive experience.

Transport your guests to a whole other world with an amazing immersive experience.

It’s called ‘Projection Mapping’ and it can now be used to amaze your guests.

As Staging Connections advertise, projection mapping can transport your guests anywhere,

“From the Swiss Alps appearing behind the stage, to a rainforest surrounding your dinner guests”.

2D projection mapping can add amazing decorations and tell stories at your event, but 3D projection mapping is truly immersive.

Imagine your entire conference gala dinner room being transformed into a giant aquariam for your under the sea themed event, your guests surrounded by swimming fish and sharks as if they were actually dining at the bottom of the ocean.

This is the kind of thing that is possible with 3D projection mapping.

If you have the budget to truly WOW your guests, definitely look into bringing this amazing technology to your event.

Get your guests to your venue…in style

conference-magic-australia

Ok, let’s take your conference gala to the next level.

I’ve talked about how your event should start before your guests have even entered the gala room.

Themed entrances, decorated walkways and costumed characters guiding your guests.

Now let’s start the experience even earlier.

They have to get to the venue – get them there in style.

If your venue is separate from the hotel, don’t leave everyone to arrange their own transport. Instead, hire a fancy car for the night to take your guests there and back.

A nice limo is great, but we like to think outside the box, so make it is fun as you can.

Stretched hummers, a fire truck or horse-drawn carriage.

From start to finish give your guests the time of their lives and make it the most memorable conference they have ever attended!
